Market Street, our original coworking building, has offices for small teams alongside the shared floor, the boardroom and the meeting room. Lake House, around the corner on Lake Place, is purpose designed for private offices, with its own front door, a reception, an oak staircase and a boardroom for your clients.
Both come furnished, with utilities, superfast internet, cleaning and printing in one monthly figure, biometric entry and CCTV, free on-street parking and the option to use the address as your registered office. Agreements roll monthly rather than tying you into a lease, and West Kirby, Meols and the rest of the peninsula are minutes away, with Liverpool around half an hour by train.

Private offices at Market Street start from £400 a month plus VAT, bills included. Lake House offices are quoted by size; book a tour and we will price the space that suits you.
Market Street is a lively coworking building with private offices alongside the shared floor. Lake House is quieter and office only, with its own reception and boardroom. Members of either can book the meeting rooms at both.
There is no long lease. Offices are on simple rolling agreements, so you can grow, shrink or move between our buildings as your business changes.
