Prices vary by address: desks from £120 at Hoylake and £140 at Royal House and Northgate House. Prices exclude VAT.
How to choose.
If you are in two or three days a week and happy at any free desk, a flex desk is the plan: unlimited weekday access, meeting rooms and printing included, from £120 a month in Hoylake or £140 in Chester. If you want the same desk every day, somewhere to leave your things and a key that works at midnight, a resident desk adds 24/7 access, a locker and a registered business address for £180 or £200.
A private office is the step up for a team, or for anyone whose work needs a door: furnished, serviced, secured with biometric entry, and priced as one monthly figure with every bill included. Not sure which you need? Take a day pass, or book a tour and ask; the team will tell you honestly what people in your position tend to choose.
What happens after you enquire.
Send the form or call 0151 632 6801 and a member of the team will reply, usually the same working day, to arrange a tour at whichever building suits you. Tours take around twenty minutes. If you decide to join, memberships can start on any date and roll monthly, and offices are on simple rolling agreements, so there is no long lease to sign.

Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. Memberships are monthly and private offices are on simple rolling contracts, so you are never tied into a long lease.
Are bills included?
Yes. Utilities, internet, cleaning and the use of meeting rooms and kitchens are included in one fixed monthly figure. Prices exclude VAT.
What are the opening hours?
Our buildings are staffed Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. Resident desk and private office members have access around the clock, every day of the year.
Can I book a meeting room if I am not a member?
Yes. Meeting rooms and boardrooms in Chester and Hoylake are available to anyone by the hour, half day or full day.
Is there parking?
There is free on-street parking at Market Street and Lake House. In Chester, Royal House and Northgate House are a short walk from several city centre car parks and five minutes from the bus interchange.
Can I bring my dog?
Market Street and Lake House are dog friendly. Please ask the team before your first visit so we can make sure everyone is comfortable.
Can I use ShiftWorks as my registered office?
Yes. Register your Ltd or LLP company at our Chester or Hoylake address, with a dedicated mailbox and mail handling, from £20 a month plus a one-off set-up fee.
