Royal House, 14 Upper Northgate Street, CH1 4EE, on the northern edge of the city centre. The bus interchange is five minutes on foot, the railway station a quarter of an hour, and the city walls and the Rows a few minutes more. Northgate House, a few doors along, opens late 2026.
