The information we collect
Information you give us

- Memberships and offices: your contact details, company details, the membership or office you take, your access records and your billing and payment details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider and we do not store full card numbers.
- Meeting room and event bookings: the booker’s contact details, the booking details and any catering or access requirements you tell us about.
- Registered office and mail handling: the names of the company and the people connected with it, proof of identity and address, and records of the post we receive and handle for you. The law on money laundering requires us to verify the identity of clients who use an address service.
- Newsletter: your email address if you sign up for the journal.
Information we collect when you visit our buildings
- CCTV: our buildings are covered by CCTV for the safety of members, visitors and property. Cameras are signposted.
- Entry systems: our buildings use secure entry systems. Where biometric entry is offered, a template of your fingerprint is stored on the entry system so that it can recognise you. We only use biometric entry with your explicit consent, and you can ask the team about other ways to access the building if you would rather not use it.
- Visitors and Wi-Fi: visitor sign-in records, and basic connection records for the guest Wi-Fi.
