Since Royal House opened in 2022, the question we have been asked most often is whether there will be more of it. There will. Northgate House, at 10 Upper Northgate Street, opens late in 2026 a few doors along the same street, and it will offer the same memberships, at the same prices, in a building of its own.
What it will be
A coworking floor, private offices behind glass, meeting rooms, a kitchen and breakout space, biometric entry and lockers, on the pattern of Royal House. The design pack shows calm, contemporary interiors with the same mix of shared tables, quiet corners and glass fronted offices, and the artist’s impressions on the Northgate House page give a sense of it.
The plan for prices
The intention is simple: the same memberships at the same prices as Royal House. Flex desks from £140 a month, resident desks from £200, private offices from £450, meeting rooms by the hour and registered business addresses from £20 a month, with every bill included and the detail confirmed before opening.
Why Upper Northgate Street
Two buildings a few doors apart means members can move between them, teams can grow without leaving the street, and meeting rooms in one building can take the overflow from the other. It is also simply a good place to be: five minutes from the bus interchange, a quarter of an hour from the station, and a short walk from the walls, the cathedral and the Rows.
What happens next
We will confirm the opening date, floor plans and prices ahead of the general release. If you would like to hear first, register your interest and we will contact you before anyone else. In the meantime, Royal House is open a few doors away, tours run Monday to Friday, and anything you start there can move along the street when the doors open.
